That means I can send her application with me as well if I count her initial visa grant date as per passport not brp date am I correct ?
The above calculation has nothing to do with her applying for ext right now..
Her ext application will only be approved if ur ILR is successful.
Going on the current turn around.. I don’t think you’ll hear back till January or even more..
Anyways yes she can apply for pbs extension with your ILR application

Thanks for your responses guys,

I'm bit confused about my RTI/FPS because Job 1 and Employee A is cont working since my extension approved in Oct 2017 however on Job 2 Employee B worked till April 2018 (which is 7 months) then I hired new Employee B in Sept 2018 who worked till June 2019 (which is 10 months) then I hired new employee B in July 2019 (which is 1 months so far)

My question is how I am gonna send RTI/FPS as there is a break. Do I need to send the latest one e.g. for Employee A shall the send (July 2019 to backward till Aug 2018) ?

But how I am gonna send RTI/FPS for Employee B ? (Shall I send July 2019 then June 2019 to backward till Sept 2018 and then from April 2018 to backward Feb 2018) to cover 12 months

or Employee A RTI/FPS should be same as employee B ?

Please clear my this confusion

Dont confuse yourself between employees and jobs. You need 2 FT JOBS that existed 12 months each AFTER extension. Employees can come and go. Focus on 2 JOBS.

You will send proof of two jobs after extension. Whichever employees fulfilled that roles. Jobs does not have to be continuous. You can send any 12 months after extension for each job. Not necessarily same months. You need minimum 12 months after extension.

Really it’s not rocket science!

1. You don’t need the new employee B who has worked just 1 month
2. You have ample employment.
You just need to pick out the simplest 12 months.

I would do it this way

Job 2
Employee B(2)10 months corresponding RTI
Employee B(1) 2 months corresponding RTI

Job 1
Employee A- as continuing- will be covered in the RTI s above..

OR
send the entire lot of RTI FPS since ext approval to date..
coupled with any 13 payslips for JOB 1, employee A
Any 13 payslips for JOB 2, employee B(s)

Breaks don’t matter..
you don’t mention when in OCT ur ext was approved.. not helpful at all!!!!

RTI FPS
OCT 17- April 18 = 7 months
SEPT 18- Feb 19 = 6 months
Corresponding payslips to the above of each employee working at those times..

OR

RTI FPS

SEPT 18- JUNE 19 = 10 months
JULY 19- AUG 19 = 2 months
Ask accountant to issue Aug 19 RTI.. you can upload evidence before SOPRA appointment.

Corresponding payslips of employees working at the above period

Again I’m assuming the employees were only replaced for JOB 2

Or

RTI FPS

SEPT 18- JUNE 19 = 10
FEB 18- April 18 = 3

CAR should not be older than 3 months. But recent is the best. If you are applying end of Aug you are good to get both CAR and bank letter dated now onwards.

Ok.. try to keep up!

1.You can apply the day you are eligible for ILR!

2.You can claim on the application form whatever you can back up with evidence LATER on.

That means you can Claim for August/Sept 19.

3.You can upload evidence documents on the day of ur biometrics appointment.

4. CAR must be dated within 3 months of date of application. CAR is free. You can download it a day before ur SOPRA appointment.

5. Same with bank statement. It’s only for confirming business activity or that you still have a business bank account! I don’t date believe the date matters for this.. but as a rule thumb within 3 months.

Get ur Accountant to submit early RTI for August 19.. you don’t need Sept 19.. but you can have ur accountant submit it early sept and give you a print out.

I got three passport shall I scan seperately (3 different files e.g. PP 1,2,3), do I need to scan Cover page of passport as well where it says name of country ?

All scanned documents should be in PDF am I correct ?

Can I scan document now and just upload it at the time of application ? or do I need to scan and upload at the time of completing application ?

Thanks bizman, do I need to scan both BRP to claimed continuous period on this category or just the current one ?

Is there any standard document size requirement while uploading ?

Do we need to upload docs category wise or we can upload as many docs we want to upload in one go ?

You can copy both BRP cards and upload. Also the maximum size you can upload is 6MB per file. I will personally advice that you upload black and white documents as black and white and only coloured as coloured.

Try and upload documents cartegory wise as much as you can Tier 1417 simplified this in his last post. I will send it in the next reply

Hi Aman, tier11417, Bizman and other gurus,

In application form they asking date of first RTI / FPS submission, what date I should provide because in start I was taking salary from my business account and RTI was being submitted only for me and after 6 months I hired employee and they added onto the RTI/FPS, so my question is what date I should put

When I started submitted RTI/FPS or myself ?

OR when I hired employees and start submitting RTI/FPS.

I believe I should put the date when I started taking salary from my business account. Kindly advise

Yes it is the date your company started submitting RTI/FPS and in your own case it is when you started submitting for your own salary.

Thanks Aman for your response, what if your PAYE is underpaid or missed the payment as I HMRC told that I'm underpaid or missed few payments which I am in talking with them they said accountant need to call us we will check if there is any discrepency in our system or you missed few payments.

My question is can I submit my ILR application while I am resolving this issue with hmrc or shall I resovle this issue and then apply. Please advise

I had the exact same issue a year before ILR.
I didn’t resolve it. Discussed it with accountant.. coz he was the one who calculated how much I was supposed to pay each month. According to him he did the correct calculation and HMRC had the incorrect figures and it’s common practice for them to do such 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Anyways I was happy to pay it even if I didn’t owe HMRC anything. I didn’t.

So what do you suggest shall I apply if the issue is still ongoing or shall I wait and resolve it or just pay and apply regardless of calculation ?
