i got my Ilr brp card on 2o june 2019, (base on tier1 entrepreneur £200000). and now my wife and 4 childerens completed 5 years(02 july 2014-2019) they got visa in december 2013 but they joined me in july 2014. so i am going to apply ILR applicationgs for them in this week.
documents scaned:
set o applicatin for wife includng 4 childrens.
all family passport,
leave to remain brp cards for dependents and my ilr brp.
consent forms signed first page by my wife only, 2nd and 3rd page singed by myself only
Life in uk and GRADE 5 GESE B1.1 certificate (wife name)
5 years council tax (joint name)
Tenancy deposit TDS Receipt (joint name)
Tenancy contract with foxton real estate years 2014-2015 (joint name )
tenancy contract with landlord years 2018 (joint name)
TV licence 5 years (wife name only)
nhs registration 6 letters for 2014 and 2016 (for each person name)
NINO letter 2014 (wife name)
hospital letter (wife name 2019)
childrens's school letter confirm study status latest.
bank statemnt (wife name last 2 years)
bank statemnt (my name last 6 month)
council letter confirmation of school place (joint name)
transport for london congestion charges statement last 5 months (wife name)
poll card 2015,2016 (for each person).
personal self assessment from HMRC latest statement (my name only)
plese advise documents is ok
and please advise about either apply normal or super priorty with extra fees £4000.
if i apply normal what is currently avarage time for decesion outcome approxmatelly.

Once your wife gets ILR, she will no longer be your dependent (for immigration purpose). She will have to stay on ILR for 12 months before she applies for BC. If I am correct, children will have to apply for BC application only once the less privileged parent (in immigration terms) qualify also so yes they all will wait 12 months.nadeem75 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2019 12:36 pmThanks Tier11417,

if they decided in 3-4 moths, then all dependents to apply for citizenship to wait 12 months from their outcome or time fram will work with main applicant as i got my ilr in june 2018 and none of child born in uk.
