FLR M Mortgage names

Hi

Sending documentation for a FLR M extension for my wife. Uploading all the documentation but am worried about the mortgage documentation.

My name and my father's name is on the mortgage as he helped me buy the place but doesn't live with us. My wife's name is not on it all. Her name is on bills and council tax. Will this cause a problem?

I think it should be fine. If she has sufficient evidence with bills, letter addressed to both of you and you can prove valid cohabitation throughout two years, it would be ok.
