I am a UK Citizen and have plans to apply for a visit visa for my parents-in-law for 6 months next month, my friend who had applied before told me that the below-mentioned documents are what he used for the application.

1)Invitation letter
2)Employer letter
3) Last six months payslips
4)Bank statements (person who invites)
5)UK Property Register
6)UK Utility Bill
7)Passport copy (person who invites)
8)P60 (person who invites)
9)Parents Visa Application
10)Parents Original Passport
11)Parents Bank Statements
12)Parents Aadhar Card Original
13)Parents Document Checklist (generated after online application)
14)House valuation letter
15)Parents Appointment letter


I have below questions
1) Are these documents correct & will I need any more documents also
2) point 3- Last six months payslips Is it mandatory to show 6-month payslip, as for the last 3 months I did not have any work and have recently got a job which means I can only show up to 1 or 2 latest month payslip. Would that be enough with P 60 point 8? I have been a regular employee for the last 7 years before the gap period. (I am a UK citizen)
3) point 5 - UK Property Register - Instead of this can i show Rental agreement
4) Point 14- House valuation letter- instead of this can i show work-related documents such as employment letter
5) Documents from the UK do I need to send the original to India or I can just email them
6) Is there any specific amount to be shown in the Bank statements of parents or mine

There are no official required documents as per rules. It is up to your parents who have to satisfy the visa officer that they will visit the UK and return. This means they have to provide evidence that they can support themselves and return. What is the point of sending your UK bills or property ownership ??!! If you are supporting them, then you should send only your payslips/finances evidence
