Invite un-emoloyed friend to UK for a week visit

Hi all, please help me with the case below.

I have a friend in India who is married and having a kid, i want to invite him to visit UK for a week.

He workd in a shop earning around 7000 rupees per month and having own house on his mothers name who is no more. He is taking care of his family. And he have no savings in bank account and bank transactions will be small amounts like 1000s of rupees.

I will sponser him for his travel, accommodation and other expenses while in UK, myself I am working in a company on ICT visa, earning good amount and I can show 3000 pounds in my account and 1500 pounds to sponser him.

Kindly help me, if i can write this in cover letter and sponser him directly with no savings in bank account with docs like he is workinh in shop for which the payments are made in cash, his marrige certificate, his kid birth certificate and proofs of wife and kid along with home papers on his mother name.

Or any other way for him to get the visa, please help
