Yes that is right, but as part of the asylum claim they will have to interview you, even if you make a 100% frivolous application (they don't know that until they speak to you?). This is also why you are waiting so long for a decision as you are in the asylum pool, instead of going for the A8 only route.moore100 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2019 10:09 pm@ modk79... I did not put in form because I don't have money to pay there fee and my lawyer told me , if I Apple for asylum I won't pay fee and they always look article 8 inside asylum cases .. because my lawyer told me 100% they will refuse asylum and grant me stay on article 8 which is discretionary leave to remain two and half years ... he told me home office will refuse asylum and check if I have another ground to stay in uk inside the asylum which is article 8( family life).. please let me know if my lawyer is right or not and give me advice please.. Thank you.
The H.O guidance states that you will be invited for an interview (even if they have sent out the questionnaire).moore100 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 06, 2019 12:27 pm@ modk7... The questionnaire they sent me is to explain what fear I have in back home which I did write all in the questionnaire and tgey ask me to send it with any supporting documents I have .. which I did send all the supporting documents with the questionnaire I fill about the fear I have back home.
When was the hearing?Laureen007 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 11:32 amI am still waiting to hear from the home office as they haven’t sent me their response after the upper tribunal judge sent his decision to them so I don’t even know what they are planning to do. Does anybody have any experience with this? (Upper tribunal judge sending his decision to home office only and not to me or my lawyer, does this really mean he dismissed the appeal, what happens next?) please anybody that has experienced this give me some advice?
I never got any hearing date. I waited for four month no response and then when I called the court I was told the judge had already made his decision and sent it to home office, but nothing was sent to me or my lawyer. When I asked what the response was, they said they are not allowed so say but my friend later recalled them and another person picked and told him the judge refused permission and has send his response to home office for them to decide what to do. So my question is did the judge really dismissed the appeal and what will the home office do next?modk79 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 9:26 pmWhen was the hearing?Laureen007 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 11:32 amI am still waiting to hear from the home office as they haven’t sent me their response after the upper tribunal judge sent his decision to them so I don’t even know what they are planning to do. I truly now believe that this is a tactic from the home office for most FLR(fp) applications. I had a similar situtation as I applied using FLr(FP) and after nearly 2 years I did the same thing of chasing them then they sent me a letter asking me to come for a screening interview. I was so naive in thinking that I would get an acceptance there and then at the interview as I had waited for nearly 2years but this was far from the truth. Instead it is a whole new ball game of waitinng and waiting for another interview then more waiting before a decision. My case was strong with the FLR(fp) and to be honest I kind of regret it now.Sam makh wrote: ↑Sat Aug 10, 2019 5:05 pmHi Everyone
I am in same boat, i am flr fp file April 2018 after 6 month they refused because lack of evidence as my soliciter not provide evidence which is very strong and important for my application, so after refusal
change soliciter and submitted reconsideration with new evidence, 8 month waiting no response, so my soliciter send chase letter and send PAP LETTER,
Then in response they send letter for reporting every month first time visit for reporting centre for reporting, they make small interview, ask me regarding why you can’t go back india,
Soni explain my same reason which my soliciter wrote in statement,
After that small interview 2nd day received letter from home office, they suggested me to make appointment with asylum claim in crydon 19july 2019, on screening they give me one stop notice, which say if you already submitted all evidence you don’t need to repeat it,
So know i am also waiting for main interview call any details idea time period for main interview call,
MY MAIN FAIR IS MY DRIVE-RING LICENCE
which is due in next year in February, so if i send it to dvla for renewal they will revoked it,
Any suggestions for Driving licence..

You r lucky they save your time,shay007 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 12, 2019 5:46 pmI submitted a flr fp application in January and in July I received a letter saying my application and human rights claim submitted in January is now void. They continued by sayin your asylum claim will be considered accordingly including consideration of any human rights grounds you raise. In my opinion It’s a new ploy to divert everyone from flr fp to asylum. It’s a time wasting technique kmt.
I had my screening in march this year and still waiting for the main interview invitation letter.Sam makh wrote: ↑Mon Aug 12, 2019 8:41 amrina wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2019 8:49 pmI truly now believe that this is a tactic from the home office for most FLR(fp) applications. Hi rina
My flr fp application also very strong,
i am also waiting for decision response for 10 months,
when my soliciter push home Office,
in response they suggest your application rise international protection ground,
-in asylum case minimum waiting time one year, maybe its depends on your application how strong it is,
as i read on this firm,
mostly they call for main interview between 4-6 month after claim registered,
I forgot to explain, I received to ARC CARD ONE ISSUE ON 23 July and 2nd 25 july,
I think Home office register 2 claims, i try to contact home office on phone 2 hour in queue no response,
Try to sortout on my reporting day at soulihill
home office they don’t listen anything,
Even i am afraid if I send 2nd arc card back to home office they cancel my asylum claim,
Time kill every day,
Please update any thing you heard from home office
Definitely a new ploy for sure. So frustrating!!!shay007 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 12, 2019 5:46 pmI submitted a flr fp application in January and in July I received a letter saying my application and human rights claim submitted in January is now void. rina wrote: ↑Mon Aug 12, 2019 10:11 pmI contact my soliciter yesterday, he straight way send letter to home office regarding my card issue,
First Home Office will send me letter they going void my flr fp file in to asylum claim,
My Soliciter advise me wait for another month, then we start push home Office by chasing letters,
I know it’s very frustrating, and time kill every day
Until don’t have main interview,
I think they called for interview regarding of case
How strong it is,
I see some applicants have interview within 4-6 month period,
Moore100moore100 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 13, 2019 2:45 pm@ Sam makh .. I believe you right.. home office call for main interview base on how case is strong ... if you have strong case like human right, article 8 or family life in uk case. they give time or waste time before they call for main interview.. like me I apply for asylum in July 2018 and had my screen interview on August 2018.. have not had main interview till now and it 1 year I did not screen interview. home office always delay and waste asylum seeker time before you been granted.. when I read some cases on this site .. some get granted after their case is 2 to 3 years. delay kills.
