Replacing a 30 day short validity (travel) vignette (help please)

Hi everyone,
my wife and two children have been granted 30-day short validity (travel) vignette to join me in the UK. However, they have not notified whether about the decision made date or arrival of the passports to TLSContct visa office in Cairo- Egypt although my solicitor, wife and I were approximately checking every contact mean. Ten days ago, suddenly we received an email from the home office asking us to collect the passports form the Cairo office. Later after collecting, my wife discovered that the visas were issued on 5 June 2019 and expired 5/07/2019!!!!!!
I followed every advice here in the forum or from people have experienced such issues and concluded that I need (Replacing a 30-day short validity (travel) vignette ) then, have followed the instruction exactly like the following
You should use the same online application form [^] but you should select the following options:
Reason for Visit: Other
Visa Type: Others
Visa Sub Type: Vignette Transfer
and completed the application but unfortunately, when reached the Visa Transfer Details the system did not accept the date of expiry in the past which was 5/07/2019 and the field is mandatory. my question what I should do? I have doubts that this is not the right visa application. what do you recommend?
