Spouse visa tracking : Is Bluedart website not working?

I have heard of that website "bluedart" (https://www.bluedarttrackings.in/ ) which supposedly helps tracking the GWF*** visa numbers. However when I put the GWF*** number is the "Ref No" bow, the page seems to crash and says "bluedart.com unexplctedly closed the connection". I also tried without the "GWF0" beginning, as said in a few posts by others.

Does that website only work for India? Did anyone had a better luck?
