Which documents needed for appointment with Application Centre

Hi there - I'm just filling out the online application and wondered if someone could just confirm that I am filling out every category correctly. So I am completing the application form, so as to 'apply for someone else' - so I am filling it out as a UK citizen to get my partner over from the Philippines via Hong Kong where she is currently working.

So is the following correct, or incorrect:

Passport and travel information: my partners details?

Personal Details and Travel History: my partners details?

Family Details: my partners family details?

Employment: my partners work details?

Medical Treatment: Is this my medical treatment, or whether my partner has received any medical treatment in the UK?

Sponsor Details: Obviously my details?

English language: Does this refer to me, or my partners English comprehensiom?

Additional Information: Is there anything you'd suggest I put in this to bolster the application?

Really appreciate it if anyone can help. Solicitors are very costly and I keep coming back to the application form and getting more frustrated as I try to find the answers.

When you say 'partner', are you married or unmarried?

Hi there - yes it's for the settlement - settlement - marriage option. I am filling it out on her behalf as she works in Hong Kong at the moment as a Philippines national.

So all questions that are there are related to your partner.

I am applying, on behalf of my partner, for her to come to the UK on a settlement visa/marriage - it looks like we will both need to attend an interview (for her in Hong Kong where she's working) and for me here in London.

So what documents will she need to take with her to her meeting and which will I need to take to mine? I'm assuming that as I'm applying on behalf of her that I will have the most documents to take? Cheers and thanks for helping!
