Wrong application

Hi All,

I need some urgent advice, please. :idea: :?:
My friend put a wrong application online and paid for it. :cry: :cry:
She was supposed to go for the 5-year ILR but she by mistake done the 10-year route form.
She paid the money too... and taken an appointment.

What's the best course of action? :?:

Do you mean she completed SET(LR) instead of SET(O) or SET(M)???
