I applied for ILR based on tier 2 in March but got an email that my case raised exceptionally complex issues and it was delayed for more than a month. I requested a refund but they refused saying that they had informed me within 24 hours.
I then applied for SAR and found in the caseworker's notes that my caseworker emailed to someone wrt LIUK test. The caseworker asked, "I have an applicant that attended XXXX centre and achieved 24 score, his details are follow ............."
After looking at SAR I believe that they should refund me my super-priority fees as it was not my fault that my score was 24. Why they don't check this for everyone, why for me? This check cost me 600 pounds.
I wanted to get the opinion of gurus and moderators...
