Extra days to leave on top of End date of CoS Tier 2 extension

Post by rfkhan » Sun Aug 18, 2019 2:58 pm

Hi All,

Is there any rule under which extra days of leave are provided on the BRP on top of date specified on CoS?

For the first extension, 30 days were given on top of the End date of CoS.

For the 2nd extension, 15 days were given on top of the End date of CoS.

I need 30 days this time to qualify for ILR or otherwise will require another extension before to be eligible for ILR application. we are 5 members of the family in total. Worried as for renewal and then for ILR big amount will be required.

The problem is first RCoS was not issued for complete two years. That was issud for 20 months only. This is our third extension this year.

Please help,

There can be 3 or 4 days short if 15 days granted on top of the End date of CoS?
Or
Is there any way to get some extra days?

Thank you and Regards,
