VFS Didnt contact me,, entry clearance visa expired,, plz opinion needed

Hi
I have applied for spouse visa from Bangladesh. 27 aprill 2019. My husband is in uk.

Today I had a call from British high commission saying that ,, why I did not collect my passport my visa is is expiring today 18 august 2019,, and then put phone down.

Tried to call back ,, then they say they don't handle this type of call.

I supposed to get notifications from vfs centre Bangladesh when a decision is made. However, they never called me or send me any notification. Now what can I do about it.
Please any members opinion will be highly appreciated

The vsf mostly realy on email(s) please check you bulk mail, junk mail and verify to see if indeed an email was not sent to you cos it very unusual for that to happen. I believe if indeed you were not sent an email your case can be held but better still talk to a solicitor for advice.

You will need to apply online for a vignette transfer.. You should select the following options:

Reason for visit: Other
Visa type: Others
Visa sub type: Vignette transfer

Contact the UKVI helpline and informed them what has happened and they will escalate it to relevant department I have seen it happened before and they were able to reissued the visa without applicant needing to pay any fee.

Thank u for comment and link shares ,, had done research on the link ,, some info are available,, but not clear guidance ,, I have forwarded the issue to ukvi,, they have responded me and asked detail of my application,, they said they will look into it

Hi I am in a similar situation and when I have followed the Other-Other-Vignette Transfer it only allowed me to enter dates for a Valid Visa. Now that my 30days has expired, the visa is no longer valid. Do you have any advise on where to go from here?
