there are many spouse categories, what is the specific route you are asking about as different routes have different rules???

I am on ILR and my wife has got SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO ENTER visa and which should be extended in end of November.

Assuming she got her spouse visa AFTER you got ILR, then there is no 'maintenance funds' requirement, this is only relevant to PBS Dependent visa holders.

You need to meet the £18,600pa financial requirement with a minimum of 6 months payslips and bankstatments.

Your wife needs English A2 test.

There is no absence limit for spouse settlement visa holders.

If it is a foreign degree, she needs UKVI NARIC Red Route, English and comparable assessment.

No, extensions are applied for within the UK on form FLR(M). Applications outside the UK are new entry clearance visas on VAF4A.

How long has she been absent for??

When did she first arrive in the UK on her spouse visa and when did she leave?

She has got her visa on Feb 2017 and arrived in same march 2017. Left abroad in March 2019 as she is getting treatment for life threatening disease.

She should apply when she is well and ready to return to the UK. Her initial visa will only be granted for 30 days validity as a new entry clearance.

Her clock will also likely reset and she starts the 5 year period again.

As you mentioned in previous responses, absenses doesn't matter for spouse visa. does it impact her ILR requirements if she is away from country more than 6 months? This is required if come here for extension then leave.

No it does not but for ILR she is required to list her absences and she also has to provide evidence of subsisting relationship, ie proof of cohabitation, which she also needs if returning to apply for an extension.
