ILR(DL)

Post by HariDany » Mon Jul 22, 2019 5:02 pm

I MADE THE ILR(DL) APPLICATION ONLINE BASE AFTER COMPLETION OF 6 YEARS (FAILED ASYLUM). I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY YET. ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND 3 WEEK. STANDARD PROCESS PERIOD MAXIMUM 6 MONTHS.
IF I DON'T RECEIVED ANY REPLY IN NEXT 2 WEEK TIMES, IS THERE ANY WAY TO CONTACT THEM ?
PLEASE GIVE ME AN ADVICE. THANK YOU

Using capital words is equivalent to yelling (shouting).
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

An application under Discretionary Leave generally takes far more than 6 months for a decision....sometimes up to 12 months or more.
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
