UK Tier 2 General Visa Application - Documents Needed

Hello

I'm from Zim.

I have completed the application process on https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk and have paid all relevant fees, now i am on the TLScontact site about to finalize my appointment.

I am lost as to what additional documents are required except those mentioned on the documents checklist. the parts I'm most confused about are:

1. Under what category do i submit the TB Medical Report?

2. Under what category do i submit the IELTS test report?

3. Are the birth certificates of my children necessary?

4. Do i submit a copy of the offer letter from employer?

5. Do i submit the COS document from employer?

6. Is the proof of residence document mandatory?

I do not have a NARIC certificate, i have IELTS.
I have booked for self service and i have to upload these documents before the appointment.

Any help will be most welcome
