Delay in super priority service

Hi, I had pending application FLRFP and now I have Varried for set LR super priority service, I have just received email stating they can’t make decisions in 24 hrs due to checking with other government department and agencies to verify documents I have given to them. If anyone has experience please share.

Yes. Pretty standard. I received an email but it was worded as "your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision."


They made the decision after 4 working days.

hi Talreh, Thanks for your reply, did you you have your passport with you the time of appointment. As My passport still with HO and I carried my application from FLRFP to Set LR. Did you get your Super priority fee back?

If you have a pending application and when you documents are with HO, you must not apply under super priority

Thanks for your time and reply Zimba, I didn't know about it neither my solicitor said not to apply on Super priority. HO sent my original documents back with the pervious application and they kept only my passport.

I had my passport with me at the time of appointment.

No I didn't get it back as they made the decision in 5 working days.

The best is now to wait and see what the outcome of your application is.
