VISA refused what next

So my tier 4 visa had been refused because they did not find tow documents, that is my University transcripts and bank statements last page.

I know I had uploaded them unfortunately my university document was missing and one page from my bank statement. The bank statement was two separate files. I checked to see if it was their after the visa refusal and it was not there. I have uploaded them again now and all looks good.

I have raised this with my university. So what can I do to get this through ? Do I wait for the university to reply or can I send it for an administrative review ?

You cannot add new evidence to admin review. Ar will only look at the decision if HO was wrong based on the documents you submitted at the time of visa application.

So in this case it would be best to re-apply with a new CAS.
