Tier 2 Dependent Application In country

Post by rajatb » Wed Aug 28, 2019 11:26 am

Hi All,

I am currently on tier 2 ICT Visa and applying for tier 2 gen dependent visa while in UK. I need help with the following question in the online application form.

Your current immigration status

Do you currently have a valid visa or leave to remain as a dependant of a points-based system (PBS) migrant? (Required)
Yes No

So what should i fill in here:
- Should i say no as the question is - do you have valid visa as a dependant -- and i do have a valid visa but not as dependant and tier 2 ICT .

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

It isn't a trick question. If you do NOT hold a current PBS Dependent visa, then obviously you answer NO.

Thanks a lot for the response.

Yes that is what i was thinking too. so no to that and the next question is as below :

Your most recent visa or leave to remain
What was the start date of your most recent visa or leave to remain?

Here i should enter my current Tier 2 ICT BRP details. Am i correct ?

Correct yes.

p.s. please refrain from using the coloured 'glow' text formatting. It makes it very difficult to read what you have posted.

Another question. apologies if this is dumb one but documents for maintenance fund

Documents showing the required maintenance funds

You must provide documents showing that you have the required maintenance funds to cover living costs for you and any of your dependants while you are in the UK.

Is this bank account from me as dependant or my primary applicant who has t2 general visa ?
