Treaty right

If you married a non EEA resident and didn’t fully exercise treaty right during the marriage and then marriage break down and then been on Benefits after the divorce, can my ex partner get his leave to remain base on me being a job seeker?

Is your ex seeking to secure long residence ILR under UK immigration rules or an EEA based residence e.g permanent residence/settled status ??
