Would anyone know if annual accounts since company was incorporated in 2003 prove continuous residency in UK when applying for the Biometric Residence Permit?
Thanks

Not really as you don't have to be in the UK to run a business.

In the old Application for No Time Limit (NTL) it states that you must supply :
1 . All passports or other travel documents you have been issued since you were granted your Indefinite Leave and if you cannot then
2. Evidence of continuous residence in the UK during the period since you and any dependant(s) who are
applying with you were granted indefinite leave, such as:
- council tax letters
- letter(s) from a GP confirming dates of attendance
- letter(s) from a school/college confirming dates of attendance
- electricity, gas or water bills
- letter(s) from employer(s) confirming employment, and
Does that mean that I have all my passports in section 1 then I dont need to supply the documents in section 2? It is a bit confusing and in the online version it is not that clear

Usually ILR looses if the person live outside the UK for more than 2 years and I think to check that the caseworker want to see some proof of residence. In my opinion passport/travel documents and other documents both will be needed although with few months gap to show the continuous residence.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
