No upload documents button on VFS account

Post by CoffeeAndRichTea » Sat Aug 31, 2019 8:37 pm

Hi there,

My fiancée has applied for her fiancée visa via the gov.uk website, and has gone through the stages of booking and paying for the VAC appointment via the VFS Global site.

Both the Gov.uk site and the VFS site say we can upload the supporting documents directly to the VFS site, however there is no Upload button anywhere to be seen. I've tried using different browsers but no joy.

We only have a few days left until her VAC appointment. At this point it looks like she'll have to use the scanning service at the centre.

Has anyone else had the same problem though? Any joy?

My fiancée is applying from Argentina, and attending the Buenos Airies visa centre. I'm her sponsor, British citizen in the UK.

Hey. I wouldn’t panic too much if the website is acting weird. To be honest, the VFS website is rubbish and when uploading files it deletes them and other type of funny things. I chose the scanning service at the VFS centre and it was a relief, as you can pay and they have to scan and upload everything (thus, it’s their responsibility to deal with the documents).
