Main Applicant on ILR & Family on ICT TIER 2 Dependent Visa

Hello,

Please can some one urgently advise on the below:

Q1 - My Wife recieved ILR in Feb 2019. She was on ICT Tier 2 Visa. Both myself and my doughter have been living here in UK along with my wife on ICT Tier 2 dependent Visa since 15th Oct 2014. Are we eligible to apply for ILR anytime after 15th of September 2019?

Q2. I have 2 Penalty Charge Notice for Driving in Bus Lane (for £30 each) which were immediatly paid. My Licence history on DVLA website does not show any pending penalties or Charges or Points. Should I declare this while applying for the ILR?

Q3. When trying to fill the online application form for ILR, the website does not ask for Marriage Certificate or Child Birth Certificate OR Bank Statements/Salary slip etc. The doccuments requested online are very basic. How do I know if there is something very critical that I should add to support my ILR application for eg Co habitants proof?

Please can some one answer asap.

On what basis did your partner get ilr as ICT doesn't lead to ilr since April 2010.

My Wife's orignal Visa started in 2009
When her Visa was renewed in 2011 her project got over but the Visa was still valid till 2013.
She went back to India but came back on new project before the Visa expired and hence the continuation was maintained. Because there was a gap her continouse 5 Years started from 2013. Hence she had to wait till 2018/19 to apply get ILR.]
