"The online form tells you what to submit. You also need 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names. The checklist doesn't mention this but the guidance notes does. Suggest read the guidance notes."
Thank you very much for this extremely useful reply!
For cohabitation, I have got only council tax bill which shows both our names together. Apart from that, I have got letters for her showing only her names e.g. surgery registration letter, bank statements, poll cards, we will request our children's school to issue a letter showing our address as well and letters from surgeries from time to time spread over the last three years.
Do you think will these be sufficient?
could you please send me a link to the relevant guidance please!

if you use letters addressed individually to each of you, you need a bit more, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months for 2 years.

What date did you enter for your ILR BRP expiry?? 31 December 2024??
You should put a date of your BRP expiry as x September 2022 to get the correct £1200 per applicant fee.

Ohhh you are a life saver
I have entered 31-12-2024 as it is mentioned on my BRP. What exact date should i put as my expiry of BRP PLEASE!
And if i put that temporary date, will that be not a problem?
I do apologise if i am troubling you but believe me you are the only source of help for me in my visa application.

Whatever date you are submitting, so if applying and paying today, put todays date but 2022 as the year.

No.

I can't help you with that unfortunately. You will need to check all the details you entered are correct or phone UKCVA Sopra.
