Lost ILR BRP - Replacement still not received after more than 2 months

Hello,

My wallet was stolen with my BRP (ILR) and I went to the Croydon office to provide my biometrics, check documents and submit the application on 24 June. I still have not received any confirmation letter or anything from the Home Office, after almost 2 months. What should I do? I can't find the processing times for a replacement ILR BRP anywhere. Has anyone been in my situation?

BRP replacement could take between 4 to 6 months on average. Simply wait for your BRP

went for biometrics to croydon on Aug 12th - still no letter - it is a replacement BRP - normal service

Submit my biometric in Cardiff 20th August and still waiting i contacted the home office they advised to wait 6 months for decision.its simple service only replacement what decision it takes 6 months
