FLR( FP) Application

Hi

I am planning to apply FLR (FP) Partner route for my wife who is my dependant. when i filled the application form, it takes me to financial and English language requirement which i don't fullfill yet.
How shall i fill the form correctly without these requirement?

your help will be much appreciated!!
