Help with invatation letter

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to bring my Gambian girlfriend over to Edinburgh for a month.

I have the fundus available. The problem I am having is wording the invitation letter due to me being on ESA, PIP and some form of carers allowance that is added to my ESA.

I would appreciate anyone's help in how to word the letter.

More crucially, what evidence of ties to home country will she submit, such as employment, family, social, property ties etc?

Her ties to her home country are her children 8 and 12, her family and her house.
