Application sent for ILR under 5 year tier 1entrepreneur, can I still travel abroad?

Post by elvaye » Wed Sep 04, 2019 3:35 pm

Hello guys,

Here is my situation:
I have been granted Tier 1 entrepreneur from 2014, renewed in 2018, so I still have the visa valid until March 2020.
As I have met all the requirements for applying ILR under the Tier1 five years root, so I sent out my application in May 2019. (all documents scanned, so I still have my passport and valid bio card with me)

I am waiting for my ILR atm, but I'm confused if I can still travel abroad and come back to the UK under this situation or not?
Thank you very much!

No you cannot travel. If you leave the UK, your ILR application will be considered withdrawn.
