tier 2 ict dependent to tier 2 general - TB certi

Hi ,

I am in UK since 2016 on t2 depen visa. I recently got t2 general rcos and travelling to india for application.

Do i need the TB certificate ?
According to this link https://www.gov.uk/tb-test-visa i do not need it.. but few friends have suggested that it is needed as it comes in document check list.

I will be submitting my form after i land in india so i do not have that check list.

Anyone recently done this please help as i am travelling on tuesday.

Ok. accroding to rule C39 of uk gov.. you do not need tb certificate if you are in UK for 6 months before applying in your home country.

I am also going to switch from ict dependent to tier 2 general next month from India.
Please share your experience once you are done with it.
It would be really helpful.
