Registration of 10 yrs old child as British using form T

I am planning to register my son as British citizen, he was born in the UK and now 10. I am confused and don't know whether to use the online form T or the paper form T as there are some differences between the forms. Online form asked for his current citizenship information and the paper copy does not ask. As he previously had another country's passport and UK limited leave to remain which are both expired and never renewed. So I wondering the impact this might have on this application of becoming British as I still have a non settled status. Please could anyone with experience help. Thanks
