How can one regularise his/her status after 6 six years of staying in the uk

By returning back home and apply for one of the suitable type of visa but overstaying & illegal working might affect/delay its success.

No one on the forum can possibly give you any worthwhile advice until you provide more information on the immigration history throughout the 6 year period. :idea:

Other than flrfp for which not everyone qualifies the person need to travel back home to regularize his stay under UK immigration system.
