if the online portal is showing additional information 1 that's good thing so you can upload your documents but If it's still showing submitted then you go to gnib and meet supervisor . normally they reply in 3 days by email

But its not the end. We need to stay together for more info. Its just a start of stamp 4S. We may need to share more in future, such as they have imposed a condition of having Eng Language course with in this 2 yrs. Why..!!?? We have done our IELTS before we enter into this country, I have done my Masters degree from here. Why a Eng language course level A-2..!!??
O God give them some knowledge of Education levels..!

Arrived in 2007, Applied in December. But my friend its a waste of time to find out who came what year, when they applied, did they ask any add docs? Everyone, who has not changed the status other than S2, will get their positive result today or tomorrow. They R NOT following any order. Good Luck

Hi all

They were asking for documents. At least three times they asked me and I submitted new documents like 2 weeks ago. Didn't hear from them since. Is that a good sign? My online portal remains on submited so I'm pretty sure they got my documents.

This is really frustrating. Hope anyone can guide me about this...

Thanks

Hi

Nope. Not yet

All we can now is be patient. My only hope is that there nothing wrong with the online portal plus its the start of September so they will be getting a lot of other applications. What can we do...

Lets hope for the best

My friend received a two-line letter from INIS today that she was approved under the Special Student Scheme, and that on older, pending application has therefore been closed. Portal still showing "Submitted." No further information requested. I suspect she will receive the full "Stamp 4S" letter soon. Arrived April 2010, Stamp 2 expired December 2015, Applied 24th October 2018. Be patient all, and good luck!

Yes that problem was solved. It was a technical issue. They emailed me when the problem was rectified. And they sent me a letter as well about this technical issue and told me they were working on it

Hi All,

This message for those who got decisions already. Once your application status changes to Completed.
1. How long it takes to get the letter in letter Box?
2. Do you need to sign for the letter?
3. Anyone else can receive this letter?

Thanks.

1) U will get a docket to collect the register post from post office (normally 2-3 days once it's completed) or else u may get in hand by the postman depending where u leave house or apt.
2) yes u have to
3) no it has to be the person who's name is on the letter...no one even collect the letter from the depot . They will refuse straight away even if u sign the docket and send someone else to collect it for u.
Hope u will find it helpful. Thx

Thank you, sir. I checked on Anpost website that you can nominate someone to collect it for you if you missed it. See this
What happens if I miss a delivery?
You have a number of options available if you miss a delivery:
Collect your item by bringing your ‘sorry we missed you notice’ (also called a Docket In Box or DIB notice) and personal identification, such as a driver’s licence, to your local Delivery Service Unit
Nominate an agent to collect the item on your behalf. You (the addressee) must sign the ‘sorry we missed you’ notice and the agent must have this and their own identification in order to collect the item
Arrange redelivery of the item online to the same or an alternative address. Redeliveries take approximately two working days
If you believe that your item should have been delivered, but you have not received a DIB, then it is most likely that your item is still in transit

Has this happened to you or someone you know?

Thanks.

If you miss a delivery, you will get a leaflet saying that you can collect the item at a certain depot. You can then bring your ID to that depot to collect it.
If you want someone else to collect it for you, just bring both ID’s. Whoever collects the item will sign their name on the leaflet.
Some other couriers may require an authorisation letter. If that’s the case, it will explicitly say so on the leaflet. Just download a template online and put your names into that template.
There is no problem whatsoever nominating a third party to collect it for you.

From who shops online every day and misses half of the parcels
