MN1 form for Indian born child

Post by naresh8280 » Sun Sep 08, 2019 9:04 pm

Hi,

My 5.5 years old daughter's BRP card is going to expire by end of this month i.e. Sep-2019. My daughter, my wife and myself are on ILR since Sep-2014. I would like to apply naturalization for my daughter alone as her BRP card is going to expire soon, she is born in India before we got ILR.
Could someone please answer below questions:
1. I've created online account to fill the form but all the questions are relevant to adults. What form and section to use? any link in this regard is a great help
2. Can I apply minor child naturalization without an adult in the application?
3. What are the documents required for minor child application?

Thanks,
Naresh

She will qualify to apply for citizenship when either parent is also applying.

If her brp is expiring, you simply renew the card, costs about £60. It isn't a whole new ilr application.
