Can I submit any further documents to ECO after receiving 'Consideration by an ECO' Email

Hi,

I have applied for spouse/settlement visa end of July, done bio-metric on early August, however now I have realised there is a mistake on my English translated marriage certificate; the marriage date is correct, but the date of the signature on the English translated version has 1/5/2012 instead of 1/5/2019. I have contacted UKV&I, asking if I could submit any documents now, but I was told it is too late and if the case worker need any document they will ask for it.

So what do you suggest I do? Shall I call UKV&I and mention that there is an error and if this info can be passed to case worker if they can, or shall I just wait and see what they say? It is an obvious error, will they understand and overlook this?

Can I submit any further documents to ECO after receiving email 'Application is currently being prepared for consideration by an ECO' (originally all the document been submitted at bio-metric). Basically I have only noticed now that there is an error on a English translated document where instead 2019 it is 2012 (and the error is an extremely clearly typo, where all the other dates are perfectly in accordance).

How do I pass this information to ECO?

unfortunately No, because you can't send any documents to Sheffield anymore unless ECO use the evidence flexibility to request for missing documents.
