Tier2 ICT Extension Query

Hello,Currently I am in UK on Tier2 ICT long visa. MY visa is due to get renew in Feb 2020, for further 3 years.
I recently done gazetted documents,in India, for name change to my after marriage name.
My passport and current BRP is on my old name. While applying for visa extension can I use my old name. Also for question 'Have you ever used, or been known by, any other names' I have to PUT yes along with legal date when it got changed.
I dont want to change my passport to my after marriage name
Will my legal name change create any issue for visa extension? Any help will be appreciated.
