Tier 2 ICT dependant Visa to Tier 2 ICT visa

Hi,

I am tier 2 ict dependant visa holder. My self and my partner( main applicant) visa is going to end soon. I am planning to apply for tier 2 visa as mail applicant.

Can I apply for tier 2 visa from uk
Let me know the documents that will be required
How long it will take?

No, you must apply from home country.

Are you sure you mean tier 2 ICT and not tier 2 general??

Do you have a sponsor and meet all the requirements?
