ILR eligibilty query for dependent

Post by Chandu333 » Thu Sep 12, 2019 12:37 am

Hi All,

Can any one please answer below query:
If a dependent of a Tier 2 general applicant got ILR and his spouse had Tier 4 Student visa and completed 2.5 years with Tier 4 student visa and then if spouse converts to Tier 2 dependent and completes 2.5 years more, would the spouse eligible to apply ILR after completing 5 successful years or does the clock starts counting from when the spouse converted to Tier 2 general dependent applicant.
