Hi,

I am submmiting my Tier 1 (General) at the end of this month. I have couple of queries regarding maintenance funds documents to be produced. My husband transferred xxxx lump sum amount to my account and I transferred back to him part of it. I want to know what sort of evidence should I produce to show his transfers. Will his bank statements be sufficient or should I also get a letter from him and if so should I also show the source for the amount he got them into his bank.

The other query is what sort of evidence should I show for personal loans.
Please anyone help me in answering these queries.Your help will be appreciated.
