TLS Contact Urgent help for checklist documents, please

Using TLS self-service, does anyone know the list of documents for uploading on the website?
Here are my lists or I am adding too much than required

- CAS statement (Do I need to upload the full page or just add my CAS number?)
- Bank Statement
- IHS (two emails, one from (do-not-reply@worldplay.com) and other from (no-reply@ihs) confused which to upload.
- Valid Passport and residence permit
- TB Test
- Consent letter from my parent
- Qualification on CAS i.e Diploma, Transcript, and IELTS
- Photograph
- Birth certificate
- Accommodation reservation receipt
- Marriage Certificate
- Tuition fee receipt (already on my CAS) or maybe I don't need to upload it
- Online Application completion + payment page

Consent from your parent ( if he is the funding you)remember it must be signed and dated
No need for photograph they will take your biometrics and a photograph when you are at the tls
No need for tution fees it's already mentioned on CAS
You have to print the CAS statment
Accomodation receiept is a must

Thanks a lot, I am trying to book an appointment now using TLS, when I was about to check out, it's showing I need pay for PrimeTime Appointment even though I never ordered it., I already paid for priority service through GOVUK. Also, my TLS basket is showing me 2 items even though I never added anything there and I don't know how to remove or view what inside the basket.

Seems I am being charged Prime Time Appointment twice because it was written when I was about to checkout.

Omg! The same exact thing happenes to me!!!!!!!
But hey let me tell you something, make sure it's not a premium time (8 am) cuz if u use this time u will be charged for more.
About the basket u can easily click on the basket remove what you don't want , they add extra services automaticaly

Thanks a lot for the reply, I just figured it out that Prime Time Appointments are mostly Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 9:30 and late evenings., that why it's more expensive.

Did you do the self-service or assistance?
Concerning the self-service, I don't want to add too much I was not asked, sadly no better way to be sure than
to have a proper checklist document for tier 4 visa.
