Tier 2 dependent visa extension, partner on ILR

Dear all

I had my ILR approved couple of days after 5 years on Tier 2 general visa . My wife and kids ( all porn outside UK) are staying with me for 3 years now and their tier 2 dependant visas expire soon. My question is:

- if I need to apply for extension for their visa to complete the 5 years stay , what is the kind of visa I need to apply for?

They apply for a Tier 2 dependent extension. It will be a 3 year visa and you must pay the IHS of £1200 each plus visa fee.

You need to show evidence of 90 days maintenance funds of £630 for each dependent.

1- obviously I will submit my bank account , should I submit different copies with 630 pounds for each applicant or I need 630 times number of all applicants say (630 X4)

2- what is this application called on UK gov website ?

1. You need any account that holds £630 x 4, in either your name or your spouses' name.

The BPS dependent visa extension application I started asks for the visa status of the person whom my wife is dependent on ( which will be me) and there is a drop list of all visa categories but no mention of ILR ?
