Can Tier4 dependent visa apply for ILR after 5 years ?

Hello,
Im currently staying in UK as a Tier 4 dependent visa.
And we have a 2.5 years old child which is also Tier 4 PBS dependent visa.

My husband is doing Master degree for 2 years,
and we are thinking he will continue his Phd course for 3years in UK.
So totally, it is gonna be 5 years.

In this case, Can I and our child claim for ILR after staying 5 years ?
I have seen Tier 1 and Tier 2 dependent can apply for ILR after 5 years.
But I couldn't find right information about Tier 4 dependent case..

if anyone knows about this, please reply for me.

No, Any time spent under Tier 4 isn't counted in 5 years of qualifying period to apply ILR.

Thank you but the spouse had the student visa before and completed 5 years including with Tier 4 student (2.5 years) + ILR dependent (2.5) years, she is dependent for ILR holder and stayed 5 years within UK but only the difference is, though the spouse was a dependent of ILR holder but the spouse had Tier 2 student visa, so Totally she completed 5 years as a dependent but with Tier 4 student visa with 2.5 years + 2.5 with ILR dependent, please advise

You need 5 years on ilr dependent spouse visa for ilr. Time on tier 4 dependent does NOT count as you cannot combine visa categories such as PBS dependent and ilr dependent to make up 5 years.
