Hello there, I was wondering if I could get some help with a few questions
Im just about to Submit my Spousal Visa for my Serbian wife to join me, I am a carer, and come under the Adequate Maintenance Rules. I had 3 questions that i was unsure of:
1) My tenancy agreement includes my council tax as part of my rent and is not in my name, It is stated and highlighted on both my Tenancy Agreement and Highlighted Clearly on the Letter Written and Signed by my landlord, Is this sufficient enough?
2) Im using my universal credit as part of the Income to evidence i can to Make adequate Maintenance, but I've only had it for 6 months, and it was a varied amount for the first 3 months, will this be okay if I explain why in my cover letter? Even the lowest amount given is enough to make maintenance. It has been exactly the same for the last two months.
3) I spoke to the DWP and they said that there is no Letter head declaring receipt of Universal credit, and Saving your statements off the .GOV website is enough. Is this information correct?
