New born visa from outside UK to FLR mother

Post by achukar » Sun Sep 15, 2019 8:49 pm

Hi,

Please could you help me in the below queries...thanks

Father is in ILR, mother in flr dependent (initial 2.5 years) and visa expiring in 07/02/2020. and we are planning to have the baby in India and expected delivery is in november 2019.

1, Hoping we will be booking priority visa for the new born (turn around time is 30 days) from india in December 2019 using (VAF4 and Appendix 2) forms hope this is the correct application form ?

2, will there any difficulties in obtaining New born visa as the mother's visa validity is less than two months at the time of application?

3, what will be NHS surcharge for the new born baby as the initial visa validity will be 2 months (max)? as the mother visa is expiring in Feb 2020

4, Once new born and mother is back in uk, we need to apply FLR extension for both of them in January end.
will be there any questions asked in regards to evidence of relation as the mother will be away for 4 months ?

Child's visa will be issued with the same expiry date as the mothers visa.
