Hi,
I’ve been trying to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2 Visa but my applications have been failing due to the error with a sponsor licence number. The website says “Sponsor Licence Number is not found.”
I’ve checked the number with the sponsor and it’s correct. I’ve also tried to use different browsers but it still doesn’t work. I’ve called the Home Office and they let me know that it is probably the technical error with the website that a few applicants have at the moment. I’ve also contacted the Online Support team who suppose to fix this issue but no one knows how long it will take.
I’ve read the forum and I know that this issue happened before. I just wanted to know whether someone else has this issue at the moment? If you do, have you contacted Online Support team and received any response?
Also, does anyone know how long did it take to fix this technical issue before? My visa expires in 4 days and it is so frustrating that I cannot do anything to fix the problem...
