Dependent Visa

Hi,

I am in Tier-2 General Visa and need to bring my dependent (wife and son) in my visa

My wife was holding ICT Tier-2 and my sob was dependent on her visa. Now the situation is my wife has resigned and her visa is getting cancelled and she in India. My son is in UK currently with me still in my wife visa.

Can I go ahead and make application for my wife to bring to UK in my visa and later can I do it for my son from UK.

Please advise
