ICT TIER 2 PBS Dependent to ICT TIER 2 Long Term up to three years

Hi ,

I am on ICT TIER 2 PBS Dependent visa right now, but will be going back to India (home country) next month as main applicant's (spouse) visa is not extending.

I am getting an opportunity to work in UK on ICT TIER 2 Long term (Up to 3 yrs) visa.

Can I apply for the above visa next month from India? Or do I need to serve the 12 months cooling off period before making any fresh visa application as a main applicant?

You need to be working for an employer abroad for 12 months to qualify for tier 2 ICT visa.

Cooling off period does NOT apply to dependents.
