Over stay

Hi,
I have 2 days overstay in on of the EU country. I am going to apply fir ILR in next month (TIRE 2), Is it going to affect my ILR.

Maybe not if you honestly declare it when filling the application form.

Don’t think so. They don’t ask for over stay details from other countries.

How is ur overstay in another country relevant to ur ILR application. Were you arrested, jailed, deported.. is there any question in the entire form that points towards mentioning this fact.
If yes, then do it.. if no, then don’t waste time thinking abt it.

No arrest, jail or deportation, just had an overstay of 2 days.

Further to below my concern is it's EU country and happened just 15 days before applying ILR

None-applicant members can't see the online form but many forms do ask this question under travel & absence section which need to be answered honestly. Therefore, if that's being asked and replied honestly then no issue at all same as advised previously.
