Change of address after ILR and PBS dependent

Hi All,
Just wanted to ask/confirm as I have ILR now I dont have to notify UKVI regarding this?

My wife is still on PBS, I will notify her address change. Can I use this online form https://visa-address-update.service.gov.uk/ ? or do I have to fill the paper form, found (HERE)

Also, if I use paper form for my wife change of address, she will be put down as "Family member" of Migrant or 'Migrant' (as we are only changing her address)

You have ILR and no longer under immigration control. Since you know longer have a sponsor I can’t believe ur wife needs to inform of any changes.. it’s illogical.
The link ur reading is from 2017.
Anyways you do what you have to do!

there are some things that are illogical but you have to do them.
@All: Do you know the answer to my questions, please? regarding the paper form or if I can do it online for my wife?
