Tier 2 PBS Dependent Visa

Hi,


I am on a Tier 2 Dependent Visa and I arrived in UK on 05.05.2019 and my visa is valid until 14.04.2024. I am been out of the country for 74 days since 5th May 2019 as I working in the GCC Region.

Please let me know how long I can stay outside the country on a yearly basis which will not effect my indefinite leave application after 5 years.

Would appreciate your expert advice.

You have an absence limit of 180 days in any 12 month period.
