You cannot apply and make an appointment through ukvi at lunar house. You have to use sopra steria ukcvas.

The premium service centre at lunar house was closed last year when all the premium centres were closed.

There is one centre called Croydon core service point which is at 5 minute walk away from lunar house run by UKVCAS.

Applied for FLR LR online then got appointment at Lunar house instead of sopra steria.

Why I got like this?
There was no link for sopra steria to get appointment

What is reason

I think I got it correctly now. That is one of the SSC centre where the staff unlike to usual UKVCAS centre also give immigration advice even in complex cases such as domestic violence, fee waiver, statelessness and family visas etc.

You seem to be flouting the forum rules completely.

You now have 2 usernames registered. This is strictly prohibited in the forum. It is unfair to the volunteer members and moderators, who offer free advice in their own time, for you to post under two usernames.

Really?? Both usernames registered with exactly the same name in the email address with the exception of an s in one and an f in another and both posting from the same IP address!!! I will ban both usernames then. Note that we are not stupid and check all your details before posting about multiple usernames.
